摘 要:目的 :从营养摄入水平研究锌、铜、铁、钙等元素与学龄儿童体格发育的相关关系。方法 :对学龄儿童 1 41 0名进行锌、铜、铁、钙等元素膳食摄入量与体格发育相关的研究分析。结果 :市区学童各营养素摄入量与 RDA相比 ,除铁元素稍好外普遍不足或缺乏 ;食欲一般组及低下组的锌、铜、铁、钙、蛋白质及热能等摄入明显低于良好组 (P<0 .0 1 )及 RDA水平 ,身高、体重发育明显低于良好组及正常儿童水平 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;学童身高、体重发育与锌、铜、铁、钙、蛋白质及热能摄入量呈显著正相关。结论 :锌、铜、铁。objetive: To study the correlation on intakes of trace elements with growth and development of children.Methods: We collected 1 410 children analysed the correlation of intake of trace elements Fe, Cu, Zn, Ca and physical development of schoolage children in this study Results: The average intakes of protein, calorie and trace elements Cu, Zn, Ca except Fe in the children of urban primary schools are lower than RDA standard Most children have mediate and lower appetite, the average intake levels of trace elements Fe, Ca, Cu, Zn, protein and calorie in these two groups were much lower than those in goodappetite group (P<001) and RDA standard The average levels of body height and weight of these two groups were also lower than those in goodappetite group (P<001) Statistical analysis showed that the average levels of body height and weight in schoolage children had positive correlations with the intake levels of nutrients including trace elements Fe,Cu,Zn and Ca protein and energy Conclusion: Intake of Fe,Cu,Zn and Ca impacts physical development of schoolage children
