急性脑外伤患者心电图异常的超声心动图观察

摘　　要：目的 :应用超声心动图对急性脑外伤引起的心电图异常改变患者进行鉴别。方法 :使用HP SANOS 1 0 0二维多普勒超声诊断仪对 32例心电图异常改变患者进行测定室壁各节段运动功能 ,男 2 0例、女 1 2例 ,按美国超声心动图学会推荐的 2 0段划分法 ,观察测定 2周。结果 :32例急性脑外伤病人心电图异常改变 ,其中 2 3例在 1周内恢复正常 ,均未发现有室壁节段性运动异常 ;另 9例心电图异常改变在两周时恢复正常 ,均观察到有室壁节段运动异常。结论 :超声心动图可以对脑外伤时由植物神经系统功能障碍引起的可逆性心电图异常改变及继发于脑外伤的心肌损害的心电图异常改变予以鉴别 。Objective:To discriminate the patients with ECG abnormality caused by acute head injury by means of echocardiography Methods: Using HPSANOS 100 twodimensional Doppler Ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, the ventricular motor functions in various segment of 32 cases with ECG abnormality(male: 20,female: 12) were determined According to the method divided into 20 segments recommended by American Echocardiogram Society, these functions were determined for two weeks period Results: Among the ECG abnormalities of 32 patients with acute head injury, those of 23 cases returned to normal within a week, all being without any segmental ventricular motor abnormality The abnormalities of another 9 cases returned to normal at the second week, all being with a segmental ventricular motorabnormality Conclusion: During head injury period, echocardiography may be used to discriminate the reversible ECG abnormality caused by vegetative nerve system functional disturbance from the ECG abnormality as a result of myocardial damage,which has a guiding significance to clinical treament
