摘  要:在分析国内外各种频谱校正方法优缺点的基础上 ,系统地评述三点卷积校正法、比值 (内插法 )校正法及相位校正法等若干理论发展及应用问题。目前频谱校正理论已经能准确地自动识别出离散频谱中的单频成分和间隔较远的多频率成分 ,并自动校正其频率、幅值和相位 ;对多频成分谱线干涉中的单频成分能自动判定 ,且能用参数识别法对两个密集频谱进行校正 ;对于密集频率成分信号 ,可用频谱细化的方法 ,将发生谱线干涉的各谱峰分离开 ,再进行识别和校正。在不采长样时 ,密集频率成分和连续谱的识别和校正技术将是主要研究方向。Based on the analysis of the merits and drawbacks of spectrum correction methods, this paper reviews systemically the development and application of Interpolation Correction Method, Three Point Convolution Amplitude Correction Method and Phase Correction Method, etc.. At present, the single harmonic component and far spaced multi frequency components in discrete spectrum can be identified by using the methods of spectrum correction, and its frequency, phase and amplitude can be corrected automatically. In multi frequency interacted spectrum, the single harmonic component can be identified automatically, and the two closely spaced frequency components can be corrected by the method of parameter identification. The identification and correction of intensive frequency harmonics can employ the method of zoom to separate frequency components. However, the identification and correction of intensive and continuous frequency harmonics are the open problems of spectrum correction.
