摘　　要：损纸皮带机是负责将造纸厂造车车间和成品车间的断纸或处理纸运送到碎浆系统,通过对它的变频节能改造,能大幅度节能。但是,变频改造的前提是满足特定的工艺要求。本文从多段速设定与频率叠加出发,选用合适的自动化产品、合理的电气控制系统和正确的变频器参数设置,最终满足了用户要求。The paper -breaking belt machine is used to deliver broken paper from the workshop to the pulp processing system. Through the AC inverter, the energy-saving can be achieved. However, the frequency inverter needs to meet specific processing requirements. This paper introduces the multi-speed setting and the frequency addtion. With appropriate choice of automation products and reasonable inverter parameter settings, the user requirements can be satisfied.
