摘  要:用猪肺炎霉形体兔化弱毒株作种子,以A_(26)液体培养基加健康乳兔肺为稀释液,接种鸡胚。收获卵黄囊,制造14批湿苗和10批冻干苗。共接种猪111头,对猪安全,X光阴性猪占100/111(90.1%),免疫猪保护力为90/111(81.1%),对照猪26/26(100%)发病。 冻干苗10批无菌、安检、残余水分、物理性状均达到一般冻干苗的水平。冻干苗免疫期在6个月以上。在-20℃条件下至少保存10个月。先后在北京、河北、辽宁、江西、湖南等20几个猪场免疫接种不同品种,不同年龄的猪10000多头份,使用单位反应良好。A chicken-embryo vaccine against Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of Swine was developed with the lapinized strain of Mycoplasma hyopneumonia propagating in embryonated eggs.24 batches (14 liquid and 10 lyophilized) of vaccines were experimently evaluated for safety and immunogenicity in 111 pigs, of which 90(81.8%) produced solid immunity to virulent challenge with the Z-strain of Mycoplasma hyopneumonia in 60 days post vaccination, while all of the 26 non-vaccinated control animals had the typical lung lesion of MPS when anatomized. The lyophilized vaccines still produced solid immunity in more than six months after vaccination. Lyophilized products could be stored at-20 ℃ for 10 months without deterioration in potency. Field trials were conducted on more than 7700 pigs on 20 pig farms in different regions of China, and the results demonstrated that the vaccine was of safety and efficacy for control of MPS in field conditions.
