摘　　要：目的:总结国内外医院绩效评价的关键领域和指标,为我国制定和完善公立医院绩效考核指标体系提供依据。方法:检索世界卫生组织、美国等机构和国家官方网站和数据库,以及收集我国各地相关文件,纳入有关医院绩效评价和绩效考核相关制度、研究报告等文献。结果:患者评价指标、医疗服务质量、安全指标和医疗服务效率指标是医院绩效考核的重要内容,也是较难制定的指标。并比较分析了国际和国内典型地区医院绩效考核实践中对有关以上指标的设置。结论:需要借鉴国际经验,结合我国实际,运用科学方法,注重激励效果,制定科学的、有效的、适合我国医药卫生体系现状的公立医院患者满意度指标、医疗服务质量、安全指标和医疗服务效率指标。Objectives： Summarize key fields and indicators of hospitals＇ performance evaluation at home and abroad to give evidence for designing and improving public hospital performance evaluation indicator system in China.Methods： Official website and database in WHO,America,and some regions in China,and relative policies,reports,and institutions on hospitals performance evaluation were searched.Results： Patient responsiveness indicators,service quality and safety indicators and healthcare service efficiency indicators are important and most complex indicators.Comparative analysis to the above indicators of typical regions in China and abroad are analyzed.Conclusions： It is important to establish scientific,effective,appropriate and incentive oriented public hospital performance evaluation indicators on patient satisfaction,healthcare service quality,medical safety and medical efficiency.
