摘　　要：通过对上海市某区域二级综合性医院大型医疗设备的配置、管理及使用状况分析,提出要发挥政府在医院大型医疗设备购置中的调控作用、合理控制大型医疗设备的购置价格、规范大型医疗设备的日常管理、大型医疗设备的配置应根据医疗业务的需要。After analyzing the allocation,administration and utilization of big medical equipment in secondary-level general hospitals in one region of Shanghai,the authors suggested that the government should play a role in controlling the purchase of big medical equipment,that the price and routine administration of big medical equipment should be rationally controlled and regulated,and that the allocation of big medical equipment should be based on the needs of medical care.
