摘　　要：从预约平台的建设到预约规则的制定,比较分析了各地在预约诊疗服务中的特色做法。从中发现目前预约诊疗中的突出问题,探讨优化预约方案的途径,指出集约式统一的预约服务平台是预约发展的必然趋势,越来越多的医院进入到该平台。From construction of platform for appointment service to the institution of rules,the practice of appointment service for outpatient in different regions were compared and analyzed to discover problems and discuss about solutions for optimization.Unified platform for appointment service is the tendency,more and more hospitals joined it.
