摘　　要：针对工模具的寿命和抗磨损要求 ,提出了一种局域气氛下的电接触瞬态热源表面强化工艺 ,并应用接触加热原理 ,设计出了一台材料表面强化用新设备。In order to meet the requirements of high life time and excellent wear resistance of tools and dies, a surface hardening process using electrical contacting instantaneous heat source in localized atmosphere is put forward. Based on the contact heating principle, a new material surface hardening device is designed.
