克拉霉素前列舒通联合治疗慢性非淋菌性前列腺炎、精囊炎89例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨克拉霉素缓释片联合前列舒通胶囊治疗慢性非淋菌性前列腺炎、精囊炎临床疗效。方法:178例慢性非淋菌性前列腺炎、精囊炎患者随机分成两组。治疗组89例,口服克拉霉素缓释片0.5g,1次/d,共14d;并口服前列舒通胶囊3粒,3次/d,共21d。对照组89例,口服克拉霉素缓释片0.5g,1次/d,共14d。停药2周后均行尿道拭子查CT、UU及前列腺液显微检查。结果:治疗组89例,有效84例,无效5例,痊愈率为94.38%;对照组89例,有效51例,无效38例,痊愈率为57.30%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.39,P<0.01)。结论:克拉霉素缓释片前列舒通胶囊联合治疗慢性非淋菌性前列腺炎、精囊炎临床疗效显著,副作用小,值得临床推广。Objectives： To explore the effect of clarithromycin sustained-release tablets combined with qianlie Shutong capsule on the treatment of chronic non-gonococcal prostatitis and vesiculitis.Methods： 178 patients with chronic non-gonococcal prostatitis and vesiculitis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（89 patients）,were given sustained-release oral administration of clarithromycin tablets 0.5,1 time/day for a total of 14 days;and meanwhile they were also provided with oral administration of qianlie Shutong capsules,3 capsules once,three times a day for a total of 21 days.The control group（89 cases） were only given oral administration of clarithromycin sustained-release tablets 0.5,1 time/day for a total of 14 days.Two weeks after the medication withdrawal,all patients received urethral swab check CT,UU and prostatic fluid microscopic examination.Results： The treatment group produced 84 effective cases and 5 ineffective cases with the therapeutic efficiency rate of 94.38%;The control group indicated 51 effective cases and 38 ineffective cases with the efficiency rate of 57.3%.The difference between the two groups was significant（χ2=33.39,P0.01）.Conclusion： Clarithromycin combined with qianlie Shutong capsule is safe,effective and producing little adverse effects in the treatment of chronic non-gonococcal prostatitis and vesiculitis.
