摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对中晚期糖尿病肾病患者治疗效果的影响。方法遵医嘱控制血糖水平;采取健康教育、饮食护理、心理护理、皮肤护理及时监测血糖等护理干预。并观察治疗和护理前后患者各项生化指标变化情况。结果治疗及护理3个月和6个月后患者血尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白(Alb)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血肌酐(SCr)和24h尿蛋白定量(24Upro)均较治疗前下降,治疗前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论积极有效的治疗和护理可提高中晚期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果,从而延缓中晚期糖尿病肾病患者疾病的进展。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on diabetic nephropathy in intermediate or advanced stage.Methods 179 diabetic nephropathy patients in intermediate or advanced stage were treated with insulin combined with individualized nursing,including health education,diet nursing,psychological nursing,and so on.The variance of biochemical signs were recorded before and after treatment.Results After treating for 3 ～ 6 months,FBG,PBG,HbA1c and 24 h Upro were significantly decreased（all P 0.05） significantly compared to the data before treatment（P 0.01）.Conclusion Insulin therapy combined with individualized nursing may be effective in slowing down deterioration of renal function for diabetic nephropathy in intermediate or late stage.
