摘　　要：目的观察吴茱萸加醋外敷涌泉穴在高血压病患者中的应用效果。方法选择100例患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例,两组患者均采用常规的护理措施,治疗组在此基础上实施吴茱萸加醋外敷涌泉穴治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后并发症发生率和血压情况的差异。结果治疗后的治疗组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,血压控制水平优于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论吴茱萸加醋外敷涌泉穴可降低高血压病患者的血压水平和并发症发生率。此方法经济简便易行,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To observe the effect of fructus plus vinegar on Yungchuan acupoint on hypertension.Methods 100 hypertensive patients were equally randomized into the treatment group and control group.All of them received routine nursing.Besides,those in the treatment group were managed with external application of fructus plus vinegar on Yungchuan acupoint.The two groups were compared as regards the incidence of hypertensive complications and blood pressure.Results After treatment,the incidence of hypertensive complications in the treatment group was lower than that of control group and the blood pressure were better controlled than that in the control group（both P 0.05）.Conclusions Fructus plus vinegar on Yungchuan acupoint may lower the blood pressure of hypertensive patients and reduce the incidence of hypertensive complications.The therapy is economic and simple.
