虎力散外敷联合手臂运动治疗PICC所致静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察虎力散外敷联合手臂运动治疗经外周穿刺置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)置管患者机械性静脉炎的效果。方法将43例PICC置管所致机械性静脉炎患者随机分为观察组22例和对照组21例,观察组患者静脉炎给予虎力散外敷联合手臂运动法;对照组患者静脉炎给予喜辽妥药膏外敷法。比较两组患者静脉炎治疗效果。结果观察组患者机械性静脉炎治疗总有效率为100.0%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论虎力散外敷联合手臂运动治疗PICC所致静脉炎效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huli Powder combined with arm exercises on the mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC.Methods 43 patients with PICC-induced mechanical phlebitis were randomly divided into experimental groups and control group.The patients in the experiment group were treated with Huli Powder and arm exercises,and those in the control group with Hirudoid creams.The curative effects were compared between the two groups.Result The patients with PICC-induced mechanical phlebitis in the experiment group recovered better than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Huli powder combined with arm exercise may be effective for the treatment of PICC-induced phlebitis in patients.
