摘　　要：目的总结艾滋病合并新型隐球菌脑膜炎患者的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2009年12月本院收治的13例艾滋病合并新型隐球菌脑膜炎患者的临床资料,并总结护理要点。结果 13例患者住院时间4～137d,中位住院时间78.6d;经对症治疗和护理后,11例病情好转出院,2例病情未愈主动要求出院,转外院继续治疗。结论艾滋病合并新型隐球菌脑膜炎患者病程较长,治疗难度大,护士应配合做好心理护理,加强基础护理,保证患者的营养摄入,以提高患者的治疗效果,促进患者康复。Objective To summarize the experience of nursing cryptococcal meningitis complicated from AIDS.Method The clinical data of 13 AIDS patients with complicated cryptococcal meningitis from January 2007 to December 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the main nursing points.Results The 13 patients were hospitalized for 4 ～ 137 days,averaged 78.6 days.After symptomatic treatment and care,11 patients were discharged from hospital and 2 were transferred to another hospital for further treatment and then re-hospitalized in our hospital due to symptoms of meningitis.Conclusions Cryptococcal meningitis complicated from AIDS has a long course of disease and is hard to cure.Nurses should attach importance on psychological care and basic nursing so as to assure nutritional intake and promote recovery of patients.
