摘 要:目的探讨量化和随机健康教育在妇科肿瘤患者家属中的应用效果。方法选择87名妇科肿瘤患者家属采用量化和随机健康教育方法进行疾病知识的教育。比较健康教育前后患者家属疾病相关知识掌握程度,患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度。结果健康教育后患者家属疾病相关知识掌握程度,患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度均得到提高,教育前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用量化和随机健康教育对提高妇科肿瘤患者家属疾病相关知识掌握程度是有效的;患者家属在获得疾病相关知识的同时,协同护士为患者提供所需要的支持,提高了治疗效果,进而提高患者及其家属的满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of applying quantified and randomized health education in the health education to the patients with gynecologic tumors.Methods 87 patients with gynecologic tumor received health education by the quantified and randomized health education.The mastery of disease-related knowledge of the family members and their satisfaction with nursing service were compared between pre-and post-performance of the health education.Result The mastery degree of disease knowledge and their satisfaction with health education were both significantly increased(all P 0.05).Conclusion The quantified and randomized health education may be effective in helping the family members of patients with gynecologic tumors to master the disease knowledge and increasing their satisfaction with nursing service.
