摘　　要：介绍了一款医用透析器盖热流道注塑模，模具的动、定模两侧都有螺纹自动脱模机构，动力来源为电机（马达），传动方式是链条带动链轮，最后通过齿轮啮合来带动螺纹型芯旋转脱离塑件。模具开模动作较复杂，定距分型结构复杂，但稳定可靠。This paper introduces a medical dialyzer cover hot runner injection mould, mold, the fixed mold moving along both sides of screw thread automatic demoulding mechanism, power source for the motor （motor）, transmission mode is the chain drive sprocket, finally through the gear to drive the screw thread core is rotated away from the plastic parts. Mold movement is complex, the fixed distance parting structure is complex, but the stable and reliable.
