摘　　要：硬质聚氯乙烯（PVC）树脂的变形情况非常复杂，本文重点介绍PVC异型材在成品后的变形、变色等情况，分析原因，及其预防措施；指出PVC异型材变色是在高温、潮湿的条件下因霉菌侵蚀所致，油污和紫外线会促进霉变使PVC异型材变色更加严重，因此，PVC树脂的质量是决定异型材质量的关键，同时推荐了不易生成色斑的PVC异型材配方。Rigid polyvinyl chloride （PVC） resin, the deformation is very complex, this article focuses on the finished PVC promes after deformation, discoloration, etc., analyze the causes and prevention measures; that the discoloration of PVC profiles in high temperature, wet conditions due to erosion caused by mold, mildew and oil and UV will promote discoloration of PVC profiles more serious, so, PVC resin quality is the key to the quality of the decision profile, while not easy to generate recommended stain PVC profile formula
