摘 要:目的 :探讨转化生长因子 (TGF) α和表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)在培养前后胎儿卵巢中的表达。方法 :收集 2 0例胎龄为 16~ 40周的水囊引产或各种原因死亡的胎儿卵巢标本 ,采用免疫组织化学方法 ,测定TGF α和EGFR蛋白在人胎儿卵巢组织中的表达。结果 :TGF α、EGFR在所有胎儿卵巢卵母细胞、部分卵泡细胞及基质细胞呈阳性表达 ,在卵母细胞的表达均强于卵泡细胞与基质细胞。胎龄与TGF α、EGFR的表达无相关关系 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,组织培养后卵母细胞TGF α、EGFR的表达强度均弱于培养前 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胎儿卵巢存在局部调节因子。组织培养后胎儿卵巢TGF α与EGFR的表达与卵泡生长发育是一致的。TGF α与EGFR以自分泌旁 /分泌的方式协同参与胎儿卵母细胞的生长。Aim: To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor(TGF) α and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in cultured and uncultured fetal ovaries. Methods: The ovarian tissues were obtained from 20 human fetuses of 16 to 40 weeks gestational age. Expression of TGF α and EGFR protein in the fetal ovarian tissues was examined by immunohistochemical technique. Results: TGF α and EGFR were expressed in all of the oocytes in the fetal ovaries, partly in follicular cells and stromal cells. There was no correlation between the week of age and TGF α, so did EGFR( P >0.05).The intensity of immunostaining of oocytes in the cultured fetal ovaries was milder than that of the uncultured( P <0.05). Conclusion: TGF α and EGFR play a role as intraovarian regulators through autocrine and paracrine mechanism and may participate in remodelling the development of fetal ovarian oocytes.
