摘　　要：目的分析2010年宁夏回族自治区中卫市流行性感冒(流感)发病情况。方法从中卫市2家哨点医院临床发热病例采集到的咽拭子标本,利用实时定量聚合酶链反应(real-time quantitative PCR,RQ-PCR)和反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法进行流感病毒检测。结果监测到甲型流感11例,乙型流感161例,H3流感71例。结论中卫市流感的流行无地区差异,存在年龄差别,流感类型有季节性变化,流感的发病与生活习惯和方式密切相关。Objective To understand the incidence of influenza in Zhongwei in Ningxia in 2010.Methods The throat swabs were collected from the patients with febrile illness in 2 sentinel hospitals in Zhongwei to conduct influenza viruses detection by using real time quantitative PCR and reverse transcription PCR.Results Totally 11 cases of influenza A（H1N1） pdm 09,161 cases of influenza B and 71 cases of influenza A（H3） were detected.ConclusionNo differences on incidence of influenza was observed in different areas in Zhongwei,but the age specific differences were found.The incidence of different type influenza had its seasonality.The infection of influenza viruses was closed related with people＇s lifestyle.
