摘　　要：目的探讨体外循环心内直视手术后并发灌注肺的围术期护理。方法回顾性分析我院2001年1月至2011年12月中11例心内直视手术后并发灌注肺患者的术后护理过程,详细总结了对并发灌注肺患者的护理要点。结果 2例患者因心肺功能衰竭死亡,其余患者恢复良好。结论个体化的呼吸机治疗,细致的呼吸道护理和循环功能监护是心内直视手术后并发灌注肺患者恢复的关键。Objective To study the perioperative nursing of the perfused lung after open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation.Methods The nursing methods of 11 patients with perfused lung after open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.The nursing points were summarized in detail.Results 2 patients died of cardio-pulmonary failure,and other patients recovered satisfactorily.Conclusions Individual treatment with ventilator,careful nursing of respiratory tract and guardianship of circulation function are the key factors to improve the recovery of perfused lung after open heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation.
