手术室护士心理干预对腹壁结肠造口患者焦虑状态的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士心理干预对腹壁结肠造口患者焦虑状态的临床影响。方法 82例腹壁结肠造口患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组。在围手术期,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予针对性心理干预。结果实验组术后半小时收缩压、心率以及术后1天焦虑评分均显著低于对照组(t=2.742,P<0.01;t=6.036,P<0.01;t=11.127,P<0.01)。结论手术室护士在围手术期对患者进行相关的心理护理干预,对于手术的安全、顺利进行非常重要。Objective To explore the clinical influence of operating room nurses＇ psychological intervention on anxiety state of patients with abdominal colostomy.Methods 82 patients with abdominal colostomy were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Both groups received the routine nursing while patients in the expermental group received the extra targeted psychological intervention.Results The systolic blood pressure（SBP） and heart rate（HR） half an hour after operation,anxiety scores 1 day after the operation in the experimenal group were lower than those in the control group（t = 2.742,P〈0.01;t = 6.036,P〈0.01;t = 11.127,P〈0.01）.Conclusions The operating room nurses＇ psychological intervention on anxiety state of patients with abdominal colostomy in perioperative period is improtant for a safe and successful operation.
