摘　　要：目的对我院住院药房不适宜用药干预记录表的分析,促进临床用药的安全。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对我院住院药房2011年3月至2011年9月不适宜用药干预记录表进行统计,评价分析。结果总医嘱为85000条,不合理用药疑问医嘱868条,占10%。结论住院用药基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,主要在用法用量,重复用药方面,更需要药师与临床医生之间加强沟通,做到安全有效合理用药。Objective To analyze the inappropriate drug intervention record forms in our hospital pharmacy,to promote the safety of clinical medication.Methods Retrospective analysis was taken for statistical evaluation of the inappropriate drug intervention record forms in our hospital pharmacy form March 2011 to September 2011.Results The total medical advice had 85 000 pieces,in wichh 868 pieces（10%） were of irrational doubted drug use.Conclusion The hospital medication is basically rational,but has some problems mainly including the dosage and repeated drug administration,which needs better communication between pharmacists and clinicians to achieve a safe,effective and rational use of drugs.
