摘  要:目的 研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)患儿脑脊液和血浆IL 6水平变化 ,探讨IL 6水平与HIE和脑损伤程度之间的关系。方法 采用ELISA法测定新生儿脑脊液和血浆IL 6水平 (2 4例为HIE组 ,8例为无窒息、无严重感染及无神经系统疾病的新生儿作为对照组 )。结果 重度HIE患儿急性期脑脊液IL 6水平中位数为 13 6ng L ,明显高于对照组的 1 8ng L及轻、中度HIE组的 2 1、3 6ng L ;血浆IL 6水平各组间差异无显著性。结论 新生儿HIE脑脊液IL 6水平变化与HIE和脑损伤的严重程度有关 ,ILObjective To study the change of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma interleukin 6 (IL 6) levels in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and explore the relationship between IL 6 levels and severity of brain damage. Methods IL 6 in CSF and plasma were measured in 24 neonates with HIE and 8 normal term neonates by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results CSF IL 6 level was much higher in acute stage of severe HIE with brain damage as compared with the control group and moderade, mild form of HIE. There were no significant differences between the four groups in plasma IL 6 levels. Conclusion The changes of CSF IL 6 level in neonates with HIE is related to the severity of HIE and brain damage. It is suggested that IL 6 might play a role in the pathogenesis of neonatal HIE.
