参合的恢复期精神分裂症患者主观幸福感与社会支持调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查和研究参加新型农村合作医疗（以下简称参合）的恢复期精神分裂症患者主观幸福感和社会支持的状况及其关系。方法对100例参合的精神分裂症患者进行社会支持评定量表及总体幸福感量表（GWBS）测评，并分析其相关性。结果本组患者各量表评分比较，得分显著高于未参合的患者，差异具有显著性（P〈0．01）；主观幸福感与社会支持呈正相关，即精神分裂症患者获得的社会支持越高，其主观幸福感就越好；主观幸福感与负性情绪呈显著负相关。参合患者较未参合患者获得的社会支持水平高（P〈0．01），结论社会支持与主观幸福感密切相关，新型农村合作医疗制度应重视社会支持系统在改善患者心理状况中的作用，促进农村合作医疗在农村的全面推广和实施。Objective To study the status and relationship of subjective feeling of well - being and social support to convalescence schizophrenic patients who attend the new rural cooperative medical system. Methods A total of 100 schizophrenic patients were investigated with the Subjective Well - Being （SWB） and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and their correlation was analyzed. Results The sores of SWB and SSRS in this group were significantly higher than those of the patients group who did not attend the new rural cooperative medical system. There was positively relationship between the feeling of well - being and social support. The level of attaining social support of the pa- tients who attended the new rural cooperative medical system was higher than that of patients with on attending the cooperative medical system （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions The social support is closely related to the subjective feeling of well - being, it should be pay attention to the social support system in improving psychological status of patients, so as to promote rural cooperative medical system implementation in rural areas.
