摘 要:目的探讨健康教育方式对放化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的影响。方法将100例头颈部肿瘤放化疗患者分2组,试验组采用系统的个体化健康教育方式,对照组采用传统的健康教育,比较同样应用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子喷雾剂治疗放化疗所致的口腔黏膜炎不同健康教育方式对其疗效的影响。结果试验组患者口腔黏膜反应的程度较对照组轻,两组反应差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),试验组患者及家属在护理技能和保健知识获得方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。两组患者及家属对健康教育满意度的评价有差异。结论系统的个体化健康教育模式能更好地发挥健康教育的特殊意义和作用。Objective To explore the effect of different health education methods on the treatment of oral mucosal inflammation caused by chemo - radiotherapy. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with head and neck malignant tumor undergone radiation and chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. The test group received personalized health education, and the control group received traditional health education. The effect of different health education methods was evaluated on the patients treated with recombinant human granulocyte maerophage colony stimulating factor for their oral mucosal inflammation caused by chemo - radiotherapy. Results The patients in test group had lighter oral mucosa reaction than those in control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) The patients and family in test group understood nursing skills and health care better than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) There was significantly different satisfaction degree toward health education between two groups. Conclusions The systemic personalized health education model can play a better and specific role in health education.
