摘 要:本文提出一种设计方案,可适用于各种农作物品种资源数据库的管理,它不受不同作物之间植物学形态、农艺性状、品质、抗逆、抗病等生物学特性差异的限制,避免了编程繁琐、冗长,使程序具有通用性。其主要方法是在管理系统中设置三个不同级别的控制文件,其中第一层为高层管理文件,控制系统进入指定作物的数据库;第二层为格式控制文件,控制指定作物数据库的结构,中英文报表的生成、代码的转换,以及供用户自由选择的打印字段的标识等;第三层力代码转换控制文件。这三层不同级别的数据文件构成一个控制软件层,每层数据文件设置的不同参数字段是作为应用程序的公共变量使用的。程序运行过程中,通过判断这些公共变量,系统便进入指定的单项作物的数据库进行数据库维护、生成、查询、报表打印、分类统计、数据连接变换等操作,这样既保证了单项作物数据文件的独立性,又大大减少了程序设计的工作量,是一种行之有效的方法。 文中详细说明了在不同级別数据文件中字段名的含义,以及如何与应用程序衔接和挂钩的方法。In this paper a design scheme of the data base system is presented, which is suitable to management of all kinds of crop germplasm resources and is not confined by the phytomorphologicai characterization, agronomic characterization, quality, toler ance and the differences of resistance of crops. The main method is setting up three data files with different classes in the management system to construct a control software level.The first is high class management file with six fields, including Chinese name of crop, English name of crop, name of data base, name of format base and number of records, which controls the system to enter the data file of the assigned crop. The second is format control file (e. g. GSOJAFMT.DBF) with ten fields, involving Chinese field name of crop descriptor, width of Chinese field, digit for decimal place, English name of crop descriptor, width of English field, initial position of code exchange, number of code exchange, the code of sub-base and the printed field mark selected by user. The third is code base with two fields, consisting of code and conteut of code exchange. The parameters in each data file are used as the common variable of the practical program. In the program running process, by judging different parameters, the system will go into data base of each assigned crop so as to execute the generating, maintainanee, retrieve, printing report, sost, statistics, data connection of data base, so a set of practical program can be used to process the data file of any crop. instead of designing special manegement program for each crop. To do so can not only keep the independence of the data file of each crop, but also reduce the work of program designing. Therefore, this is an effective method for the designing of data base management system of crop germplasm resources.
