摘  要:研究生教育是我国学历教育的最高层次,是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才的最重要教育形式。作为研究生这样一个特殊群体的德育工作必然具有其特殊性。从人才成长的规律来看,研究生政治信念的确立、人生价值的选择和良好品德的形成,都需要经过知、信、行的反复实践。导师个人的政治思想素质、道德素质水平和学术境界在很大程度上影响着学生的素质修养。建构与创新人才培养模式相适应的研究生导师与学生的关系模式,是提高研究生培养质量,造就政治思想觉悟高、个性健康、品德高尚的创新人才的现实需要。Graduate education is the highest level of academic education in China,is the most important form to train senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and practical ability of education.Moral education as a graduate of such a special group inevitably has its particularity.From the law of the growth of talent,the establishment of graduate political beliefs,the choice of the value of life and the formation of good character to go through to know,believing,repeated practice.Political and ideological quality of the instructors personal level of moral qualities and academic realm to a large extent affect the quality of students' accomplishment.Graduate student mentor relationship with the students construction and innovative talent cultivation mode compatible mode,is to improve the quality of graduate education,and create the reality of political and ideological consciousness,personalized health,high moral character and innovative talent needs.
