摘　　要：文章以高等美术创新教育机制为主题,认为创新必须先打基础,基本功训练包括专项训练和综合训练。在基础训练基础上要博览众长,古今中外各门各派、各美术艺术门类。在技术技艺训练基础上还要对学生进行哲学理念的培养和现实生活的观察与体验。这样一些因素群的综合作用结果就可以达到高等美术创新教育的目的。This articles takes higher art innovative educational mechanisms for the title.Innovation must be hit based on basic skills training in special training,and comprehensive training.To absorb the advantages in basic training from ancient and modern,different schools,all art disciplines of the arts.On the basis of technical skills training but also for students of philosophy of training and observation and experience of living in reality.So that the combined effect of the results of some of the factors group can achieve the purpose of the innovative education of higher art.
