摘　　要：通过对331名大学生进行问卷调查,运用结构方程建模探讨主观压力在成人依恋与心理健康之间的中介作用。结果表明:主观压力在成人依恋和心理健康之间起着完全中介作用,即随着不安全依恋(依恋焦虑和依恋回避)水平的增加,大学生的主观压力感会逐步增加,从而导致心理健康水平的降低。Conducted a questionnaire survey of 331 college students,using structural equation modeling to explore the intermediary role of the subjective pressure between adult attachment and mental health.The results showed that：subjective stress plays the role of the fully mediated between adult attachment and mental health with the increased levels of insecure attachment（attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance）,college students subjective feeling of pressure will gradually increase,leading to mental health reduction.
