摘 要:针对航空遥感领域要求存储系统容量大、存储速度快、可靠性高、使用环境苛刻等特点,本文介绍了所设计的高速大容量存储系统的组成机制和实现方案。系统采用固态存储芯片FLASH(闪存)为存储介质,FPGA(现场可编程逻辑门阵列)为存储阵列的核心控制器,针对外部高速数据的输入,引入了并行总线操作、流水线操作技术。针对闪存芯片存在的无效块,利用无效块管理,切实提高了对高速实时数据存储的可靠性。从而成功实现用高密度、相对低速的FLASH存储芯片对高速实时数据的可靠存储。测试结果表明,该存储系统存储速度高,容量大,性能稳定。In order to meet requirements such as large capacity, high speed, high reliability and being able to oper- ating in severe environment to storage system used in aviation remote sensing field, a storage system with high - speed and large capacity is designed, and composition and implementation of the system is provided. Solid-state storage chip FLASH is used as storage medium, field programmable gate array (FPGA) is used as core controller of storage array; the parallel bus operation and pipeline operation technologies are introduced into the system for high- speed external data input. Additionally, reliability of high-speed real-time data storage is improved by way of inva- hd-block management. Therefore, high-speed and real-time data storage can be achieved reliably by using of high density and low-speed FLASH storage chips. Test results indicate that this storage system features high-speed, large capacity and stable performance.
