摘 要:综述了利用酯交换缩聚法合成芳香族及脂肪族聚碳酸酯的反应机理及动力学模型,讨论了不同反应器及工艺条件对反应过程的影响以及聚碳酸酯在不同领域中的应用。指出碳酸二苯酯与双酚A酯交换反应遵循四面体机理,生成四面体中间体是整个酯交换缩聚反应的控制步骤。与传统间歇式生产工艺相比,利用连续旋转盘式反应器等新型反应器进行连续操作能得到产品质量高、相对分子质量高达20 000的聚碳酸酯。The reaction mechanism and kinetic models for synthesis of aromatic polycarbonates and aliphatic polycarbonates by a transesterification-polycondensation method were summarized.The effects of reactor design and operating conditions on the reaction process were discussed.The applications of the polycarbonates in various fields were introduced briefly.The transesterification of diphenyl carbonate with bisphenol A followed tetrahedral mechanism and the production of the tetrahedral intermediate was the controlling step of the transesterification.Compared with traditional batch operation technologies,the continuous operation by using novel continuous rotation reactor such as continuous rotation disc polymerization reactor could produce high quality polycarbonates with relative molecular mass 20 000.
