摘　　要：曹文轩关注青少年文学,对西方成长小说走进中国的可能性进行了多方面的探索,具有非同寻常的意义。理论上,他较早提出了中国成长小说的命名问题,并对成长小说的内涵与外延作出了具有中国特色的界定;实践上,他创作了《草房子》《红瓦》和《根鸟》三部成长小说,对中国成长小说在主题和艺术形式的创新上具有示范作用,是中国成长小说理论的成功实践。Cao Wenxuan concernes about youth literature, and explores the many possibities of western ＂growth trilogy＂ coming into China. In theory, he made a naming Chinese ＂growth trilogy＂ and a difining connotation and denotation with Chinese characteristics. In practice, he created three growth trilogies, ＂Grass House＂, ＂Red Tile＂ and ＂Root Bird＂, which presents a model of innovation in themes, art forms of Chinese growth trilofy and the successpractice of Chinesd growth trilofy theoy.
