摘 要:医院要真正做到以病人为中心,一是培训职工,使大家认同以病人为中心的理念;二是科学有序地开展以病人为中心,为病人解决实际问题;三是尊重病人要从小事做起,处处为病人着想。实践证明,在实施以病人为中心时,要处理好以病人为中心与医学科学和尊重知识尊重人才、医疗秩序和规章制度、医疗质量、精神文明建设、医院不能完全商业化市场化等的关系。To genuinely deliver patient-centered services, hospitals must①instill in the minds of their staff the patient-centered concept; ②systematically conduct patient-centered services and try to solve practical problems for patients; and ③always keep in mind patients' interests, starting from petty matters. It has been proved by practice that in delivering patient-centered services, it is imperative to correctly handle the relationships between the delivery of such services and the following aspects respectively: the medical sciences and respect for knowledge and talents, medical order and rules and regulations, medical quality, building of a civilization with a high cultural and ideological level and the fact that hospitals cannot adopt a completely commercial and market system.
