摘　　要：高校政治辅导员要做好大学生的思想政治教育、日常行为管理、成长成才指导等工作,除了必须借助规章制度、教师身份等强制力外,更重要的是依靠辅导员自身人格魅力的内在影响力。本文概括阐述了辅导员人格魅力的含义、主要体现、重要作用,提出了如何提升辅导员人格魅力的基本途径。The ideological and political education,daily behavior management and growth guidance of students are of a college political instructor＇s main tasks.In addition to the regulations and a teacher＇s mandatory force,the instructor＇s personality charm is extremely important.This paper explains the connotation and significance of an instructor＇s personality charm and offers the basic approaches to elevating it.
