摘  要:目的 比较不同剂型溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐后的灭蚊效率。方法 采用击倒试验法和药帐接触法,观察中华按蚊的击倒和死亡情况,以Finney 机率分析法进行统计分析,并进行显著性检验。结果 中华按蚊对不同剂型的溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯的KT50 在7-17—15-45min 之间:被击倒蚊虫24h 后的死亡率均为100% ;接触浸药帐纱3min 的校正死亡率均大于90 % ;1 年后中华按蚊的KT50 仍在10-82—16-17min 之间,其24h 后的死亡率均在50% 以上。结论 溴氰菊酯和氟氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐后对中华按蚊不仅有很强的毒杀作用,而且有较长的持效;击倒试验法和药帐接触法简便易行,适合于浸帐灭蚊地区现场应用。Aim To compare the effects on different formulation of the impregnated bednet with deltamethrin and cyfluthrin Methods Using knockdown test and contact with drug net to survey the mortality and knockdown rate of Anopheles sinensis and made an analysis by Finnay probit Results The KT 50 of Anopheles sinensis to different formulation of deltamethrin and cyfluthrin were between 7 17 to 15 45 min,The mortality was 100% after exposure 24 h The corrective mortality was more than 90% in 3 min to contact with impregnated net The KT 50 of An sinensis still kept in 10 82 to 16 17 min one year later The mortality 24 h after exposure was more than 50% Conclusion The An sinsnsis on exposure to net with deltamethrin and cyfluthrin were not only to possess a strong toxicity,but also has a persistant effect The methods are easy to operate and good for field use
