摘 要:目的:观察降糖保肾汤(jiang tang bao shen decoction,JTBSD)对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)大鼠血糖、肾组织内氧化损伤的影响。方法:采用单次腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)建立DM大鼠模型。大鼠随机分为四组:正常组、模型组、JTBSD组、盐酸贝那普利(Benazepril hydrochloride,BNPH)组。给药12周,取肾脏用比色分析法测定肾组织内超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活性以及丙二醛(malondialdehydiee,MDA)的含量。结果:JTBSD能明显降低DM大鼠的血糖水平,能够显著提高肾组织SOD水平和降低肾组织MDA的含量。结论:JTBSD对DM大鼠肾组织具有抗氧化损伤能力的作用。Objective:to observe the effects of Jangtang Baoshen decoction (JTBSD) on blood glucose and oxidative damage in Dia- betic Nephropathy rats. Methods:The experimental model of diabetic rats were established by injecting intraperitoneally streptozotocin (STZ). Mellitus were divided into four groups : nomal, model, JTBSD, ( Benazepril hydrochloride, BNPH). ( superoxide dismutase, SOD) and (malondialdehyde, MDA)from kidney were measured with colorimetric method after intragastric administration with the JT BSD 30 m L/kg for 12 weeks. Results: afer applicate JTBSD, blood glucose was decreased significantly, the level of SOD was in- creased significantly, MDA was decreased significantly. Concluslon:JTBSD has significant effect of antioxidative damage on DM rats kidney tissue.
