摘　　要：残障人士作为社会的弱势群体,改善其出行问题是其参与和分享社会生活的一个重要基础,也是一个城市人文精神和人文关怀的表达.以银川市2000年后建成的居住区无障碍设施的完善情况为例,根据不同行政区、不同建设程度选取了具有代表性的居住小区,对居住区内无障碍设施进行了实地调查,通过数据统计分析得出银川市无障碍设施的完善情况不容乐观,需要进一步从法律法规、国际通用设计理念等方面加强居住区无障碍设计.People with disabilities are acted as social vulnerable groups,improving their travel problems is important to their participation and share social life,is also an expression of city humanistic spirit and humanistic care.Taking improvement state of residential barrier-free facilities in Yinchuan City after 2000 for example,according to different administrative region and different degree of construction from the typical residential area,the residential barrier free facilities was investigated.The data from statistics analysis show that the barrier facilities are not optimistic in Yinchuan,and it is need strengthening design form laws and regulations,the general international design concept.
