摘　　要：哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院于 1999年 8月 8 日正式通过了由法国 BVQI国际认证公司按 ISO900族质量标准对医院进行的全面质量审核与认证,医院在实施ISO9000族标准的具体操作过程中,经过了以下步骤:①领导决策,统一思想;②成立实施ISO9000族标准工作小组,制定细致的实施工作计划;③质量体系框架的设计,体系文件的编写,最重要的是《质量手册》的编写;④医院质量方针的确立;⑤质量体系的运行与实施;⑥组织实施过程中的部门间工作协调;⑦质量的审核与认证。The Second Hospital of Harbin Medical University passed on August 8, 1999 the comprehensive quality examination and authentication carried out by the French EVQI International Authentication Institution in accordance with ISO 9000 Quality Standards, and describes in the article seven steps on their practice of ISO 9000 Standards: decision making and unity of thinking on the part of the hospital leadership; forming a working group on implementation of ISO 9000 Standards, and working out a detailed plan; design of quality system framework, compilation of quality system documents, of which the most important is the compilation of 'Quality Manual'; establishment of the quality policy of the hospital; operation and implementation of the quality system; interdepartmental coordination in the organization and implementation process; quality examination and authentication.
