摘　　要：结合工程实例,探讨了炼钢厂增设1台转炉一次除尘风机及配套设施作为备用,增加了钢产量和转炉煤气产量,提高了经济效益。介绍了转炉煤气回收的工艺流程、主要设备及性能参数、给排水系统、电气系统、自动化控制系统和土建系统。总结了工程的技术特点。The project for addition of a stand-by primary dust removing fan for converter and its supporting facilities is discussed with an engineering example. The steel production and converter gas pro-duction increase, and the economic benefit is improved. The technological process for converter gas recovery, main equipment and their performance parameters, water supply and drainage system, electrical system, automatic control system and civil construction system are introduced. The technical characteristics of the project are summarized.
