摘 要:对82份小麦品种(系)进行大田成株期慢锈性鉴定,并通过潜育期、病情指数和千粒重损失率等3个抗性组分的相关分析和品种聚类分析,将供试品种划分为5大类,即高度慢锈性品种、中度慢锈性品种、耐锈性品种、中度快锈性品种和高度快锈性品种。划分结果与前人的经验划分结果符合率达92.68%,分别建立了5个判别函数。对3个抗性组分的相关分析结果表明,潜育期与病情指数、千粒重损失率呈极显著负相关,且病情指数对千粒重损失率的影响大于潜育期。Slow-rusting of 82 Chinese cultivars (lines) to stripe rust was identified at boot stage of plant development in the fields. 5 resistance types were divided by means of correlation analysis of resistance components, namely latent period, disease index and lose rate of the weight of one thousand kernels, and clustering. The five types was highly slow-rusting, moderately slow-rusting, tolerant, moderately fast-rusting and highly fast-rusting, respectively. The result of the classification conformed to the experiential division by others at a rate of 92. 68%. The correlation analysis to the three resistance components indicates that latent period was negatively related to disease index and loss rate of the weight of one thousand kernels. The effect of diseases index on the loss rate of the weight of one thousand kernels was greater than that of latent period.
