摘　　要：为协调各方,形成合力,切实加强丹江口水库水质保护,确保一江清水北调,长江流域水资源保护局经与陕西省汉中市、安康市、商洛市以及河南省南阳市、湖北省十堰市人民政府充分协商,共同建立了南水北调中线工程水源区水资源保护和水污染防治联席会议制度。分析了联席会议建立的背景,阐述了联席会议主要职责、成员单位、工作机制和任务分工,总结了联席会议建立以来取得的主要成效,并对联席会议下一步工作提出了建议。Danjiangkou Reservoir is the water sources area for Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion,therefore ensuring its water quality stability for a long time has important significance for the project.In order to well coordinate with relative departments in the reservoir area and form a joint force to protect the water quality of reservoir,Changjiang Water Resources Protection Bureau established a joint conference system of water resources protection and pollution control for water sources area of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion after full consultation with the governments of Hanzhong,Ankang city,Shangluo of Shaanxi Province,Nanyang of Henan Province,and Shiyan of Hubei Province.We introduce the background of establishing the joint conference system,its main responsibilities,members,working mechanism and task division and summarizes the achievements after its establishment and puts forward the suggestions for future work.
