摘  要:以某电厂给水泵轴运行仅8个月即发生断裂为例,对泵轴进行化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、断口宏观和扫描电镜分析等试验分析,阐述了泵轴的断裂原因是叶轮与泵轴之间配合间隙过大,使泵轴键槽处周向应力增大,在键槽底部边缘形成了多个疲劳源,先周向疲劳扩展产生鳞剥,后由径向旋转弯曲及扭转疲劳扩展至断裂。A water pump shaft broke after it had been under service for only 8 months.According to a series of test analysis such as chemical constituents,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,macrofractography and scanning electron microscopy,it was concluded that the fracture was caused by large clearance between impeller and pump shaft,so that the circumferential stress at key slot increased and fatigue source formed.Primarily,circle fatigue developed into chipping,and then developed into radial rotating and bending before fracture finally occurred.
