摘　　要：目的探讨良性前列腺增生（BPH）治疗的方法和安全性。方法采用经尿道选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术（PVP）联合经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗良性前列腺增生43例。结果43例患者均一次性处理成功，无出血、穿孔、电切综合征及尿路感染等并发症，疗效佳。手术后复查发现，患者排尿困难等下尿路症状明显减轻，最大尿流率（Qmax）同术前相比明显改善。结论PVP联合TURP是治疗良性前列腺增生安全有效的方法。Objective To study the application and safety of treatment for patients with benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods A total of 43 patients with BPH were treated with greenlight photo- selective vaporization prostatectomy（PVP） combined with transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. Results All the operations were successfully completed. The curative effect was good, and no bleeding, perforation,transurethral resection syndrome or urinary tract infection occurred. After the operation, dysuria and other lower urinary tract symptoms of patients were significantly improved and the maximum urinary flow rate （Qmax）was apparently increased. Conclusion PVP combined with TURP is a safe and effective method for treating BPH.
