摘　　要：针对目前临床教学中普遍存在的问题,将高级仿真婴儿(Simbaby)引入本科生儿科的见习教学。实践表明,该系统能较逼真地模拟患儿的临床症状与体征,从而使医学生能直接参与"临床工作",处理各种问题,将理论教学与临床实践有机结合,能充分发挥学生学习的主动性,提高其临床综合能力,促进医学生向临床医生的转变。The application of Simbaby to undergraduate intern training is an attempt to appease the universal complaints in the present clinical training. It turns out that the Simbaby teaching model, with its vivid imitation of those sick babies＇ clinical symptoms and vital signs, can involve the interns into the direct ＂clinical work＂, and hence combine the teaching and clinical practice to improve the interns＇ medical skills in general and transform them more efficiently clinical doctors.
