摘　　要：农村留守儿童是我国经济发展局部不均衡产生的新的弱势群体。目前,留守儿童的受教育权、受监护权、生命健康权正遭受着侵害。应从立法层面、司法层面、普法层面上对农村留守儿童权利予以实时保护,使其健康快乐成长。Children left behind in rural areas are new vulnerable groups caused by uneven local economic development of our country.At present,those children＇s rights to education,guardianship,life and health are being infringed.Their rights should be protected timely through legislation,judicature,and legal popularization so that they can get happy and healthy growth.
