社区矫正适用对象的确定

摘　　要：对社区矫正适用对象的确定应当与社区矫正的性质以及我国现行的刑罚制度相一致。剥夺政治权利的对象不具有社区矫正行刑社会化的条件,不宜适用社区矫正;应实行轻罪化的部分劳动教养人员适用社区矫正。The determination of applicable objects of community corrections should be consistent with the nature of community corrections and the current penalty system of our conutry.The one who has been deprived of political rights does not have the right to socialized execution of community corrections,and is not suitable for community corrections.It should be carried out that those partial persons reeducated through labor who has committed misdemeanors are suitable for community corrections.
