摘 要:以换长为1.5的普通平车运输100m长钢轨的装载加固方案为例,运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立考虑车辆中央悬挂和相邻车辆高差的车辆承重有限元仿真模型,计算典型工况下车辆载重、车辆转向架承重和车辆转向架承重差。仿真结果表明,车辆的各项承重指标满足《铁路货物装载加固规则》技术要求,并通过了运输试验验证。According to the loading and reinforcing schemes for 100 m long rail transported by flat cars whose underframes length were 15.4 m,and by using ANSYS software,the finite element simulation of vehicle loading bearing model which conside ring the car suspension sp ring and the displacement relationship between the cars and long rails were established.The model was applied to calculate the flat cars's load,bogie's bea ring capacity and the loading differences between bogies of a vehicle under typical loading conditions.The results indicate that each flat cars's bearing index meet the technical requirements prescribed in the Railway Freight Loading Reinforcement Rule,and was verified by transport tests.
