摘  要:本试验采用 50 0只 2 1日龄ArborAcres肉仔鸡 ,研究高温下日粮吡啶羧酸铬水平对肉鸡血液生理生化指标和脂肪代谢的影响。日粮中添加的吡啶羧酸铬水平分别为 0、2 0 0、4 0 0、6 0 0、80 0 μg/kg。试验期为 5周。试验结果表明 ,高温下日粮添加吡啶羧酸铬可以显著降低 8周龄肉鸡腹脂率 (30 %~ 37% ) (P <0 0 5) ,而对皮脂率无显著影响 (P >0 0 5)。高温下日粮吡啶羧酸铬水平对肉鸡血清葡萄糖、三碘甲腺原氨酸、甲状腺素无显著影响 (P >0 0 5)。 8周龄肉鸡日粮添加 80 0 μg/kg水平的吡啶羧酸铬与对照组相比可以显著降低血清尿素氮、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平 (P <0 0 5)。WT5BZ] An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of dietary levels of chromium picolinate on fat metabolism and physiological,biochemical responses in broilers under heat stress Five hundreds 21 day old Arbor Acres chickens were randomly divided into five groups The birds in cages were raised in an environmentally controlled room maintained at 30~35℃ under continuous lighting They were fed one of diets;1)basal diet;2)basal+200μg/kg Cr as chromium picolinate;3)basal+400 μg/kg Cr as chromium picolinate;4)basal+600 μg/kg Cr as chromium picolinate;5)basal+800μg/kg Cr as chromium picolinate The results showed that Cr addition to diet reduced the abdomen fat rate(P<0 05) Serum glucose、T 3 and T 4 were not affected by Cr addition to diet Supplemental Cr at 800μg Cr/kg level reduced the serum urea N、cholesterol、high density lipoprotein cholesterol contents compared with contol( P <0 05) [WT5HZ]
