摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系作为社会主义意识形态中最重要的部分,应该并且能够在党引导舆论的工作中发挥科学理论对实践活动的指导作用,其科学性、进步性及其与我国舆论引导的价值契合性决定了它具有引导舆论的可能性。同时,与其他的非社会主义价值体系相比,它的超越性和崇高性又决定了它引导舆论的必然性,即只有它才能够引导我国的舆论工作。Socialist core value system ,as a key part of the socialist ideology, should and can play a guiding role in the Party＇s work on public opinion in the same way as the scientific theory influences practical activities, since the fact that it is scientific, progressive and fits with the guiding value of public opinion determines its possibility to guide public opinion. At the same time, compared with other non - socialist value systems, its transcendent and noble characteristics decide that it alone can guide our work on public opinion.
