鸡肾型IBV引起病理形态学的电镜观察

摘　　要：本试验通过扫描电镜与透射电镜 ,观察了鸡肾型传染性支气管炎病毒 (IBV)在气管、肺、肾组织内的分布以及对器官组织的损伤作用。观察结果表明 ,肾型IBV主要分布于气管粘膜上皮、肺呼吸毛细管上皮和肾小管上皮细胞浆内 ,还分布于毛细血管周围。肾型IBV对器官组织的损伤作用主要表现为 :气管粘膜纤毛上皮细胞的纤毛脱落 ,有的缠结成簇 ,甚至严重倒伏。肺呼吸滤过膜增厚 ,并发生纤维化。肾小管上皮细胞质液化 ,线粒体变形萎缩 ,有的线粒体溶解呈空泡状。WT5BZ] The distribution and damaging offects of nephropathogenic IBV on the trachea,lung and nephros were observed by using SEM and TEM The results showed that nephropathogenic IBV mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of epithelial cells of trachea mucous membrane,lung respiratory capillaries and renal tubules and also around the capillaries The damage of organs and tissues caused by nephrophathogenic virus were mainly as follows:the cilia of trachea mucous membrane epithlial cells fell off,with parts of them forming a file and even seriously upside down Lung respiratory filterable membrane increased in thickness with fibrous tissues proliferation The changes of epithelial cells of renal tubule were observed in the cytoplasm as lipuefaction,mitochondria atrophy and vacuolation [WT5HZ]
